Our team has years of experience racing and maintaining blown alcohol drag race cars and open wheel road race cars. Fielding a Nitro Funny Car requires a skilled and dedicated team.

The Cone Hunter Nitro Funny Car Team:

Lyle Greenberg
- In addition to owning and driving the Cone Hunter, Lyle is responsible for all of the computer operations, record keeping and tuneup decisions.

Troy Hamby
- Troy is the "Car Chief" and is in charge of all the preparation of the altered. He directs the crew in their normal between rounds tasks and also handles the top end engine maintenence. If the bottom end (oil pan, bearings, etc.) needs attention, he is in charge of this as well.

Sean Guthrie
- Sean attends many of the Cone Hunter races and makes important contributions with his machanical and fabrication talents. His extensive background in open wheel racing provides valuable insights.

Alan Skinner
- In addition to fielding a very competitive blown alcohol dragster with his wife Janna, Alan has become a key team member who jumps in and does almost everything.

Rachel Greenberg
- Rachel uses her extensive drag racing background to assist her Dad in race strategy. She also umpps in and helps out with mechanical work as necessary and backs up the Cone Hunter from burnouts.

Chris & Tiffany Stinson
- Chris & Tiffany's camppaign their own 7 second bracket dragster and crew on the TA/FC of Winslow's Charles McLaws. Between those gigs, they assist the Cone Hunter team whenever possible.

Jennifer Greenberg Guthrie - Jennifer has done an incredible amount of racing in the oval track world and brings that knowledge to her Dad's efforts. She also makes sure that the crew is well taken care of.

Connor and Ryan Guthrie - At 6 years of age, Connor is quickly understanding the racing world. He has incredible racing genes with his maternal great-grandfather, both grandfathers and both parents having been accomplished racers. Connor always make Grandpa Lyle smile no matter how much stress there might be. Ryan is the newest addition to the Greenberg/Guthrie racing legacy and already shows plenty of enthusiasm for the race track.

Rick Schouman
- Rick is our master fabricator. A skilled machinist by trade, he creates all sorts of cool billet aluminum parts for the car. Rick's background running a blown alcohol altered with his Dad (Vann Ivey) is always helpful.
